Browse and Select: Explore our wide range of customizable e-card templates on our website.
Place Your Order: Choose your desired design and place your order online.
Make Payment: Complete the payment process securely through our website.
Provide Details: Email a Word document containing your order number and the text details to be included in the e-card.
Design Limitations: Please note that only the text can be customized. The design and colors of the template cannot be altered.
Design Preview: Within 2 business days, receive a preview of your e-card design in JPEG format via WhatsApp.
Review and Feedback: Carefully review the design and either approve it or request minor text edits to ensure it meets your expectations. Up to two rounds of text edits are allowed at no additional cost; subsequent edits will incur a fee of Rs. 300 per page.
Final Approval: Once you approve the design, we will finalize the e-card.
High-Resolution Delivery: Receive the final JPEG file in high resolution (300 DPI) without any watermarks, suitable for mobile viewing and printing. No working file will be provided.
Customer Support: Our customer support team is available to assist you throughout the process for any queries or additional help.
